OEM harness and lights are not affected, lights work as normal.
Its recommended that you use a Honda OEM CR250R or 450R ignition coil, the bolt spacing may be a little different but our harness connects to either.
Note: It’s rare that the Orange Box will not start your 250R in half a kick and without kickback. If you have a very-high compression big-bore engine and experience kickback we have an Orange Box with 10 different start timings you can try and we can re-flash your Orange Box with the start timing you like.
